Sensational Soiree, an event planning company that would take all the work out of planning an event and replace it with all the fun that should be enjoyed by all involved.  Sensational Soiree is dedicated to having dreams come true whether it be a simple dinner party or a fairytale wedding.  I want people to enjoy the milestones in their life.  Treat them like they were a part of my family.  Many people just don't have the time nor do they know where to begin in the planning process.  I walk them through the entire planning process from start to finish alleviating the stresses that arise from throwing an event.

Melanie did not start out as an event planner, decorating customized cakes is where it all began.  Clients asked for her input on different aspects of their event (did she know a good caterer, florist, decorator etc...)and she always was willing to help in there planning.  Melanie had also done some of their event design and decor.  Through her creativity and never ending willingness to help with their parties Sensational Soiree blossomed into an event planning company.  Melanie went back to school to earn her certificates in event and wedding planning and also florgal design to show her dedication to this industry.  However, she didn't want to give up her love of creating beautiful cakes so along with event planning Melanie decided to keep the cakes baking as well.
